Looming over the Shambles is the ominous edifice that was Bishopsgate Sanatorium. Once a place of healing, it became a place of suffering and death during the nightmarish events of the Sorrow Plague. Since then, it has stood abandoned and shunned, home only to strange rumours and dark stories.
Now, however, something terrible has awakened within the sanatorium, imbuing the crumbling building with a malevolent life of its own. Those who venture inside find that the rooms slowly shift, the corridors rearrange themselves, and the interior seems larger than it should be. Bishopsgate has become a nightmarish labyrinth that seeks to trap anyone who ventures inside.
